Robert Cort manufacture valves in accordance with the most stringent quality requirements of the gas and oil pipeline industry.
We can also design valves to satisfy all the purchaser’s codes and applicable specifications for individual contracts. We currently:
- Hold the API Monogram License Number: 6D-0915
- Manufacture pipeline valves in accordance with API 6D
- Have approval for the ball valve range to the British Gas Business Engineering GBE/V6 part 1 standard for use in natural gas pipelines
- Hold BS EN ISO 9001 and API Q1 accreditation for our company quality system
- Have manufacturing facilities which are fully supported by qualified independent mechanical and non-destructive testing specialists
All Robert Cort valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
A copy of our quality assurance manual is available on request.
Manufacturing is carried out in a factory containing facilities for machining, fabrication, assembly, testing and painting. The manufacturing area is serviced by overhead cranes ranging in capacity up to 20 tons.
